Moisture intrusion is the single most damaging long-term threat to any foundation in the Oxnard area. Our exterior waterproofing process involves excavating the affected foundation walls, cleaning and preparing the concrete surface, and applying a continuous elastomeric membrane or rubberized asphalt coating from footing to grade. A dimple-mat drainage board is fastened over the membrane to direct water downward to a perforated French drain pipe bedded in gravel at the footing, which then carries water to a daylight outlet or sump pit away from the building. This system eliminates hydrostatic pressure against the wall—the root cause of most foundation moisture problems.

Where exterior excavation is not feasible due to cost or site access, we offer interior waterproofing systems that channel water entering through the wall-floor joint into a sub-slab drain channel and to a sump pump. While interior systems manage water rather than exclude it, they are highly effective at keeping interior spaces dry and protecting floor coverings and finishes.
